It’s the perfect time to set up your own garden as you will have more spare time on your hands. Many nursing homes allow their residents to grow their own vegetables as it very therapeutic.

5. Connect with loved ones

The most common form of connecting with others during this pandemic is through online communication. So, it’s best to teach your loved one to video call relatives who are overseas.

It’s also a great opportunity for them to get in touch with people they have lost touch with over the years. This will be a great way to keep them contented.

Thankfully with technology, we are able to get through this pandemic, even if it means staying at home. So, next time you are looking for something to keep your loved one occupied, try out one of the above activities.
